Who this is for

Clients we already work with, and businesses that want their mail on their own domain without running a mail server or paying per seat for features they will never use. It suits a company with a handful of people who need firstname@theirdomain.com to work — reliably, on their phone and their laptop, without thinking about it.

What you get

Everything needed for business mail, and nothing that gets in the way:

• Mailboxes on your domain. As many as your plan allows. If you do not have a domain yet, we can register one for you.
• Works with the apps you already use. Standard IMAP and SMTP — Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, your phone's built-in mail app. Most find their settings automatically.
• Delivery that is set up correctly. SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and verified from day one. This is the part most people get wrong and the reason their mail goes to spam.
• Storage shared across your mailboxes, not divided per person. We can fix a size for any individual mailbox that needs more.
• We handle the DNS. If your domain is with us, records are published automatically. If you keep your DNS elsewhere, we hand you the exact records and verify them afterwards.
• Someone to ask. When a message does not arrive, you get a reference you can send us, and we can tell you exactly what happened to it.

What it is not

This is mail for people writing to people. It is not a marketing or newsletter platform, and we do not permit bulk sending — see our Acceptable Use Policy. That restriction is what keeps delivery working for everyone on the service.

Where your mail lives

Entirely within the European Union. Your mailboxes run on infrastructure we operate and control, and connections between your mail app and our server are encrypted. If you need the specifics for a due-diligence or procurement review, ask us and we will provide them under a confidentiality agreement.

Getting started

Tell us your domain and how many mailboxes you need. We will set it up, publish or hand over the DNS records, and send you the connection details for each mailbox. Write to info@nafco.space.
